The staff here are the best!! Dominique, Sharon and Sedrick were so warm and welcoming! I was so impressed I'm actually writing this review. I rarely write reviews but I have to let people know what a gem this place is. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and my husband and I hope to always book this place when we come to Shreveport to see our Granddaughter. The best staff ever and I mean that! Thank you so much for welcoming us and accommodating our 2 special requests enthusiastically. Staff like this really makes all the difference!!

I love everything about TownePlace it is the best hotel that Marriott has, and the staff is very friendly, respectful, organize. I would like to also give a special thank you to Ms. Brenda for serving a wonderful breakfast and Ms. Loria and the cleaning team for excellent service. Older, well taken care of property. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was quick and easy, but delicious. Every staff member, we met, was polite and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

check in was a easy process. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the kitchenette had just about everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable.
