The staff here are the best!! Dominique, Sharon and Sedrick were so warm and welcoming! I was so impressed I'm actually writing this review. I rarely write reviews but I have to let people know what a gem this place is. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and my husband and I hope to always book this place when we come to Shreveport to see our Granddaughter. The best staff ever and I mean that! Thank you so much for welcoming us and accommodating our 2 special requests enthusiastically. Staff like this really makes all the difference!!

Clean, very helpful staff, great breakfast options. The coordinator went over and beyond. Ms Sharon i believe was her name! Everyone was very hospitable, from management down to the service staff.

I love everything about TownePlace it is the best hotel that Marriott has, and the staff is very friendly, respectful, organize. I would like to also give a special thank you to Ms. Brenda for serving a wonderful breakfast and Ms. Loria and the cleaning team for excellent service. I really appreciate everyone and looking for to visiting again. Thank you

Everything was super nice, the staff, location, food, room, etc. Cedric the front desk clerk as well as all of the workers were outstanding.
